If a registrant is unable to attend the conference for any reason they may substitute, by someone else from the same institute/organization.
Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:
If a registration is cancelled more than 60 days before the conference date, participant will be refunded 90% of the registration fees. The remaining 10% of the fee contributes to administration costs incurred.
Registrations cancelled between 30 to 60 days before the conference date will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the conference date will not be eligible for a refund.
Registrations from the authors’ cancellation as a result of his/her paper for not being accepted will be refunded 90% of the registrations fees. The remaining 10% of the fee contributes to administration costs incurred.

Please note: For payments received from outside Maldives by bank transfer, the refund will be made by bank transfer and all bank charges will be for the registrants account (all bank transfer charges will be under the registrant).
